No Matter Who You Are, You Matter

Good day Readers;

I was hanging out on Twitter today and one of my friends asked if you could go back in time what would you want to see again?  Well, I responded that would go back and see the births of both my boys as well as the last time I saw my Dad.  She then went on to explain that she was born out of wedlock.  Now I’m not going to put her business out there like that so but the fact remains that she and I share a common denominator.  We both were born out of wedlock.  The good news is that we were BOTH raised by great parents.  Sure, we could stew in our misery and self-pity soup but why? My friend is a grown woman, making money, and is mature enough to realize things in life are not always prefect but, they’ve worked  out.  I’m telling you all of this to say that it doesn’t really matter how you got here or, when you go here.  That fact is that you ARE here.  You have been placed here because God Himself has a purpose for you.  I really don’t care if you were born yesterday or yesteryear.  The Bible says that you are “fearfully and wonderfully made…”  Once I found out about my adoption, I had to search for SOME kind of answers.  What happened?  Why?  Why wasn’t I told until now?  Why was I told in this fashion? I could go on.  The only thing I could do at that point was go to the ONE source to get all of my answers.  I went to God.  I went to Psalm 139.  This has kept me going through this whole ordeal.  Here is a portion but, I want you to read this entire Psalm.  In fact, I implore you to read it.  This is scripture is not just for those of us who were born as my friend and I were.  This is for ANYONE.  Here is the main portion that you have to take from this:

13For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.   (From the time you were conceived, He was there)

14I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.  (He NEVER does anything half-way)

15My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.  (He was there when it all happened)

16Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.  (Before the conception took place, He had already written down what plans he had for you)

17How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!  (He has so many thoughts of you, that you can’t even count how many…THAT’S A LOT)

That’s what I get from this passage.  I hope you can get the same and more!

Until Next Time…
